Aging is a natural process and so is the occurrence of wrinkles. Collagen and Elastin are primarily responsible for providing a firm, elastic, and a youthful looking skin. Wrinkles appear when the collagen network in the dermal layer of the skin becomes thinner. With the growing age, the oil secreting glands become less effective and the healing rate of the skin also becomes slower. The skin also begins to lose its ability to hold moisture.

Cosmetic surgery is the art of remoulding the appearance of particular body parts by registered surgeons. Commonly individuals desire to change their breast, ears, eyes, face, hair, nose and abdomens. For the breasts, normal cosmetic surgery consists of augmenting, reducing or remoulding the breasts. Eye surgery includes adjusting drooping upper eyelids or eliminating puffy bags beneath the eyes. Normally, facial cosmetic surgery involves removing facial wrinkles, creases and acne scars; or changing the shape of the nose. It also includes taking out fats from the tummy.
